THE AMERICAN LEGION RIDERS POST 252 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

The membership requirements for the American Legion Riders are very straightforward. To become a member, you must...

be a current member in good standing of the American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of the American Legion.

be the owner of a motorcycle of at least 750cc engine displacement and must possess a valid driver's license in your state of residence (military equivalents acceptable as well) ~or~ must be the legal spouse of an ALR member in good standing within the Chapter of application

APPLICATION

Our meetings are the first Wednesday of every month at 7PM. If you have an interest in joining or would like more information please send an email to

I've been in a New Jersey National Guard since and about to retire this year. I've been riding motorcycles since I was a kid on a mini bike. I currently ride a 2014 Deluxe.

Charlie, road name Wahoo....after the USS Wahoo, now on eternal patrol.

Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather (x4), Patriot, Friend and Survivor. Just trying to do good and enjoy what time God has given me.

Father is deceased but always a US Marine who served honorably during WW II in the Pacific Theater of conflict having fought in places such as Guam, Saipan, Tinian, Enewetok, Okinowa and others.

Love working with our Veterans and the Surrounding Communities. We are a military family all the way, Dad a Marine, Hubby Army, Daughter and Son n Law both Air Force (retired) Son Air Force 23 years now and his wife Air Force (retired) Grandsons Air Force, Navy and Marines. I love the legion Riders
